Greg Beebe: author, mentor and speaker

Greg Beebe

People don’t come to me for answers. They come for clarity, which is a different thing and usually harder.

Most of my work is one to one, with experienced leaders in the middle of something hard. Often the introduction comes from an HR leader who saw it before the person did.

The pattern looks the same from both sides. A capable team stalls after a reorg. A strong individual contributor gets promoted and starts avoiding hard conversations. Two leaders who want the same outcome cannot get out of each other’s way. None of it registers as a performance problem until it already is one.

I spent thirty-two years inside one company, starting in a technical role and finishing as president, then on the executive board of its parent. Long enough to make the decisions, live with them, and watch what they cost the people around me.

The moments I remember are the quiet ones. Someone returning a call after hours. A leader absorbing blame instead of distributing
it. What people do when nobody is watching is what actually shapes a team.

Start with the Clarity Assessment™. It shows how you create clarity under pressure and where that same strength becomes a blind spot. Then we talk through what it surfaced.
