Assessments
Understand how you lead before you lead.
I built the Clarity Assessment Framework after three decades of leading organizations and watching how people actually decide when the stakes are high.
Most leaders have a default. It shows up under pressure, it shapes how they communicate, and they rarely see it in themselves. The framework names it.

One Framework.
Two Ways to Begin
The Page Other People Read
The last page of the Deep Dive is not written for you. It is written for the people around you.
One sheet: how you operate normally and under pressure, what sets you off, what to watch for, and who you work best with versus who you will find hardest. It ends with what people mistake you for, and what is actually going on.
Hand it to a team you just joined so they do not spend six months guessing, or to a new manager before your first hard conversation. Some people give it to a partner or a close friend, where it does as much work as it does at the office.
