Lead on Intuition is the practice. The work runs on the Clarity Assessment Framework, which I built after three decades of leading organizations and watching how people decide when the information is incomplete.Every assessment, mentoring conversation, retreat, and workshop draws from it.The name means knowing your instincts well enough to lead from them. That takes examining where they come from first.

How this is different from consulting, coaching, or therapy

Consulting hands you a recommendation. Coaching runs a defined process toward a goal set at the start. Therapy treats mental health and belongs with a licensed clinician.This is none of those. We work through the decision actually in front of you, with someone who has made similar calls for three decades and has no stake in which way you go.I am not a licensed clinician, and this work is not a substitute for therapy.

Eight scenarios, four minutes, no cost. It names your primary orientation, one of four: plan, product, people, or purpose. You also get your secondary lean, how you tend to operate under pressure, three insights, and one thing to do about it this week.Results appear immediately and you should download them. No account is required because nothing is stored, which also means if you close the window you will have to take it again.The Deep Dive is $59. Twenty-two questions, about ten to fifteen minutes, and a nine-page report on your specific pairing: what triggers a reactive response in you and what to do about it, your watch-outs, communication strategies, how to work with each of the other three orientations, and your Leadership Center of Gravity plotted on the wheel.The last page is the one people use. It is a single sheet describing how you operate, written so someone else can read it in thirty seconds: your default and stress modes, your triggers, your watch-outs, who you work best with, and what people mistake you for. It is the page you hand to the people around you.You do not have to take the free one first. Built from patterns I have seen across years of leadership mentoring, for self-awareness, not clinical diagnosis.You can take either one on the Assessments page.

Speaking

The keynote is Clarity Under Pressure, about deciding well when the information is incomplete. It runs 45 or 60 minutes, in person or virtual, with a 2.5-hour retreat format available.Details and availability are on the Speaking page.

How it works

We meet virtually for an hour, usually every two weeks. You bring whatever is in front of you and we work through it.There is no curriculum to get through. What we cover is decided by what you walked in with.

How long

The 90 day engagement is three months, then we decide whether to continue.Ongoing mentoring runs month to month with no end date. It ends when you decide the thing that prompted the call is handled.

Is this confidential

Yes. What is said in a session stays in the session.When an employer or HR leader arranges and pays for the engagement, they may receive confirmation that sessions took place. They do not receive notes, topics, or any summary of what was discussed.

Where I am based

Based in southeastern Connecticut. I work with clients internationally via Zoom. In-person engagements are available depending on location and scope.
