Leadership Team Workshops
The people in this room have to work together tomorrow. This is leadership training for a group of capable individuals who are not yet a team. We map your Center of Gravity, look at where you actually sit on the Tuckman model, and work from your own assessment data rather than a case study. Teams usually know something is off before they can name it. The point of the day is to name it out loud, with everyone present, and leave with steps someone owns.
$3,500. Half day, onsite across New England. Six to nine participants, additional participants $100 each.

Look at the aggregate for the team at the table. See where its center of gravity sits, strategic to tactical, and where accountability is missing.
Chart the Next Move
Work through the concrete steps to move the team from its current stage to the next. You leave with actions, not theory.

No one is asked to volunteer anything cold. Everyone answers privately before the day, the 90-day priorities are anonymous, and you go first with your own results.
Who Sees The Results?
Every participant's Deep Dive report goes to that participant. The 90-day priorities are submitted anonymously. All assessment data stays confidential.
Is Half A Day Enough?
The diagnosis happens before the day, not in it. That frees the half day for the conversation your team has been circling and the steps that follow it.
Custom Clarity Session
When the standard format does not fit.
Sometimes the group is a board, or three teams that need to be in the same room. Sometimes the situation is specific enough that a standard agenda would waste the day.
We build the session around what is actually happening, using your assessment data and the same framework as the workshop.
