The people in this room have to work together tomorrow. A half day with one leadership team. We map your Center of Gravity, look at where you actually sit on the Tuckman model, and work from your own assessment data rather than a case study. Teams usually know something is off before they can name it. The point of the day is to name it out loud, with everyone present, and leave with steps someone owns. Onsite, round-table format, 6 to 9 seats.

Look at the aggregate for the team at the table. See where its center of gravity sits, strategic to tactical, and where accountability is missing.
Chart the Next Move
Work through the concrete steps to move the team from its current stage to the next. You leave with actions, not theory.
